The Operations and Management team at XpFibre oversees the strategic planning, implementation, and maintenance of the company's fiber optic networks. This includes directing FTTH/FTTO concessions, managing regional operations, supervising production processes, ensuring service quality, and handling IT systems critical to network infrastructure. The team ensures seamless deployment and operational efficiency across various deployment zones including AMII, AMEL, and RIP.
