Monica Joseph

Monica Joseph is an experienced Executive Search Consultant currently working at Xpheno since January 2022, where the focus is on transformative leadership searches. Previously, Monica held the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist at PayPal from April 2021 to January 2022, and served as an Executive Search Consultant at TATE Leadership Consulting Pvt Ltd from November 2014 to July 2016. At Beehive Ventures, Monica initiated and managed the Recruitment Practice from January 2007 to December 2012. Early career experience includes being a Manager in Knowledge Management at Ma Foi Management Consultants Ltd from May 1994 to January 2006, where Monica established the Knowledge Management function and contributed to executive search and recruitment operations. Monica holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Stella Maris College and a Master of Commerce degree from the University of Madras.
