David Halls

David Halls is a seasoned technology advisor with extensive experience in the e-commerce and cybersecurity sectors. Currently serving as a Technology Advisor at Xplor since February 2023, Halls aligns technology initiatives with business goals in collaboration with the executive team. Previously, Halls has been a Partner & Technology Advisor at EnigmaSoft Limited, contributing to advanced cybersecurity solutions since April 2017, and co-founded Comecero, where Halls served as CEO from January 2014 to February 2025, developing scalable e-commerce solutions. Halls also offered strategic guidance as an Advisor at Coinzone and held key leadership roles at Digital River, Inc., and Emetrix, which Halls co-founded. Halls holds a Bachelor of Arts in Russian and Economics from the University of Utah and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
