David Tutko

David Tutko is an accomplished IT and incident management professional with extensive experience in leading teams and improving processes. Currently serving as the ITSM Leader & Incident Commander at Xplor since August 2023, David previously held positions including Director of Critical Escalations at Allvue Systems, where a high-performing Critical Escalation Management team was established. At Intrado, David successfully unified incident management processes, significantly reducing major incident resolution times.
