Gray Robinson

Gray Robinson has extensive experience in payments strategy and growth strategy, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Payments Strategy and previously as Vice President of Growth Strategy at Xplor since April 2018. Prior roles include serving as a Board Observer at Lightship Works Inc., a Board Member at Slyce, and a Senior Associate at Anzu Partners, an investment firm specializing in breakthrough industrial technologies. Gray also contributed as a Board Member at MultiMechanics, which was acquired by Siemens, and as a Consultant at Etkie. Gray's earlier career includes roles at Village Capital, where responsibilities spanned global deal sourcing and managing a team to build an extensive investment pipeline. Other positions encompass track management at Social Capital Markets and serving as Chief Financial Officer of the Davidson Community Entrepreneurial Fund. Gray holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Economics from Davidson College, and has completed Frontier Market Scouts fellowship at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.
