Indranil Pal

Indranil Pal currently serves as the Head of Engineering at Xplor since May 2023. Prior to this, Indranil worked at Nintex from January 2020 to May 2023, holding the positions of Director of Engineering and Engineering Manager. Indranil also served as Delivery Lead at JB Hi-Fi from January 2018 to January 2020 and gained experience as a Software Engineer-II at Microsoft from November 2015 to December 2017. Earlier roles include Senior Consultant at BT, Senior Software Engineer at Tesco PLC, and various positions such as Solution Designer, Development Lead, and Software Developer at Tata Consultancy Services. Indranil holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha, completed in 2008.
