Jessica Speer currently serves as the Manager of Customer Success at Xplor Technologies, having previously held a similar role at Datadog, where effective leadership and team mentorship were key responsibilities. Over the years, Jessica has also been involved with [solidcore] as a Pro Coach and Senior Coach, and has extensive experience as a Dance, Acrobatics, and Fitness Instructor, teaching various age groups. At Pure Barre, Jessica excelled in multiple roles from Certified Instructor to Regional Director, focusing on client success and business development. Through leadership positions at Loyalsnap and Ghering Dancetheatre, Jessica has demonstrated a consistent commitment to client relationship management and artistic development. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from The University of Texas at Austin and a Graduate Certificate in Arts Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
