Journey Fisher is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial analysis and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Finance Analyst at Xplor Technologies since April 2024, Journey previously held the role of Cost & Finance Analyst at Northrop Grumman from March 2020 to April 2024, where responsibilities included conducting in-depth analyses and enhancing financial reporting processes for government programs. Journey also led budget and schedule forecasting as an Associate Project Manager for over 16 multi-million-dollar projects. Earlier experience includes roles in operations and accounts receivable at Career Movement, program coordination at Next Gen HQ, and a business strategy internship at Neurun. Journey holds a Master of Science in Business Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Johnson & Wales University.
