Kim Nguyen

Kim Nguyen is an experienced legal professional specializing in technology and commercial law, currently serving as Head of Legal, Commercial (APAC) & Associate General Counsel at Xplor Technologies since April 2022. Prior roles include Senior Legal Counsel at LexisNexis, Legal Counsel at Ernst & Young, and Attorney at IBM, along with earlier experience in dispute resolution and property law. Kim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Laws and a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Technology Sydney, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the same institution. Additionally, Kim completed Japanese Level 1A at UNSW.
