Shannon Gimpel

Shannon Gimpel is an accomplished professional in customer success and marketing with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success and Marketing for Xplor Technologies since June 2021, Shannon is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, focusing on retention and growth for both SME and Enterprise portfolios within the early childhood education sector in Australia and New Zealand. Prior to Xplor, Shannon held several leadership roles at Xero, including Director of Marketing ANZ and Regional Marketing Manager, where responsibilities encompassed go-to-market strategies, product launches, and major industry events. Previous experience includes campaign management at ahm Health Insurance and marketing communications at LeasePlan and other organizations. Shannon holds a degree in Public Relations and Journalism from Queensland University of Technology and is currently pursuing a MiniMBA.
