Mike Tebbutt

Mike Tebbutt has a long and varied work experience in the finance industry. Mike started their career in 2006 as the Vice President of Finance at Codemasters, where they were responsible for the delivery of performance reporting, statutory accounting, and decision support. In 2008, they became the Chief Financial Officer of Oxygen Interactive Software Limited, where they were responsible for finance, planning, and HR. In 2010, they became the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of KeTech Group. There, they developed and implemented a strategic repositioning, and returned the Company to a consistent £1m+ EBITDA performance level. In 2020, Mike took on a variety of roles, including Chief Financial Officer of Xploro, Consultant CFO of CubeLogic, and Portfolio CFO/FD of Watch This Space. In 2021, they became the Portfolio Finance Director of Hydromarque Ltd and Consultant CFO of Solidatus. Finally, in 2023, they joined Figura Analytics Limited as a Portfolio Finance Director.

Mike Tebbutt holds an ACMA from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
