Rich O'Brien

Rich O'Brien serves as the Chapter President for the Las Vegas Chapter of Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP®) since September 2023. In addition, Rich has been the Vice President of Business Development at Xpodigital since February 2019, where responsibilities include driving growth in digital communication solutions. Previous roles include Director of Business Development at Xpodigital, Director of Sales at Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, and Business Development Manager at Orange Lake Resorts, among others. Rich’s career showcases a strong track record in sales strategy implementation, corporate partnership cultivation, and achieving significant sales growth across various organizations. Rich holds a BA in Advertising & Communications from the University of North Florida and participated in Leadership Orlando from 2018 to 2019.
