Edward Bedrosian Jr.

Edward Bedrosian Jr. has a vast and diverse work experience. Edward currently holds the position of Chief Regulatory & Compliance Officer at Xpoint Tech since March 2022. Prior to this, they were a Partner at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP from January 2020 to March 2022.

Edward also served as the Executive Director of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission from January 2016 to January 2020. In this role, they oversaw the day-to-day operations of the Commission and had regulatory authority over all casinos, slot gaming activities, and horse racing activities in the Commonwealth. Edward'sresponsibilities included licensing, compliance, investigation, and enforcement oversight.

Edward's career began in the Middlesex District Attorney's Office, where they served as a Deputy Second Assistant District Attorney from 2006 to 2007 and an Assistant District Attorney from 1992 to 2006.
