Andrea M.

Andrea M. has extensive work experience in various roles and companies.

Andrea began their career as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley in 2011. Andrea returned to the company the following year for another internship. After graduating, they joined Morgan Stanley as an Investment Banking Analyst from 2013 to 2015.

In 2015, Andrea joined Warburg Pincus LLC as a Private Equity Associate, where they worked until 2017.

Andrea then moved on to Ginkgo Bioworks, Inc. in 2018, where they served as a Manager for a few months.

During the same year, Andrea had multiple roles at different companies. Andrea worked as part of Special Projects at Princess Yachts, overseeing the global launch of the R class. Andrea also spent time with L Catterton in Singapore, gaining consumer investing experience and leading a $750MM transaction in the education space. Additionally, at Snapdragon Capital Partners, they worked as a Consumer Investor, focusing on opportunities in health and wellness, consumer services, and health services. Andrea assisted with a strategic growth investment in Nutraceutical and devoted significant attention to portfolio company Xponential Fitness.

Starting in 2019, Andrea joined Xponential Fitness, holding various positions. Andrea started as a Portfolio Company Support Analyst and then quickly moved up to Director of FP&A. Andrea then became Vice President of FP&A, serving as a CFO direct report for a period of time. In this role, they contributed to the company's strategic priorities and played a key role in several significant financial transactions, including the NYSE IPO, multiple acquisitions, secondary offerings, refinance and convertible preferred buyback transactions, and shelf filings. Andrea also had a global responsibility for M&A and all capital markets activities at Xponential Fitness.

Andrea M. has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School, which they obtained from 2017 to 2019. Andrea also completed the International Baccalaureate Diploma at UWC Atlantic College from 2007 to 2009.
