Shy Engelberg

Shy Engelberg serves as the VP of Engineering at XPOZ.AI since August 2025, following a managerial role in data engineering at Sisense from January 2024 to August 2025. Prior experience includes directing data infrastructure at Lemonade, where responsibilities involved building and managing a data infrastructure group, overseeing three teams focused on the entire data life cycle. Engelberg also held roles such as Solutions Architect at Upsolver, Data Team Leader at 888holdings, Chief Technology Officer at Valinor LTD, Data Architect at HYNT, and Data Team Leader at MediaMind, gaining extensive expertise in data solutions and architecture. Education includes ongoing studies towards a B.A. in History at The Open University of Israel.
