Lenward Lee Brackin Jr has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Lenward Lee started their career at Convergys as a Team Leader/Transition Lead, where they worked from September 2006 to August 2011. Lenward Lee then joined Integrity Staffing Solutions and held various positions including Operations Manager, SITE LEADER, and Regional Operations Manager from August 2011 to August 2017. In 2018, they joined the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as a Medical Support Assistant for a brief period before moving to Xpress Global Systems (XGS) where they took up the role of Customer Experience Manager. Later, they were promoted to the position of Director of Customer Service/Inside Sales at XGS. Throughout their career, Lenward has displayed strong leadership skills and a focus on providing excellent customer service.

Lenward Lee Brackin Jr attended The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2003, they attended The University of Memphis, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.
