Scott Wagner, MBA, has a diverse work experience in the transportation and education sectors. Scott most recently served as the Vice President and General Manager of West Operations at Xpress Global Systems. Prior to that, they were the Regional Director of Operations at the same company. Before joining Xpress Global Systems, Wagner held the position of Vice President of Operations at Yellow. Scott also worked at Reddaway, where they held several roles including Terminal Manager, Senior Corporate Equipment Manager, and Corporate Equipment Manager. Wagner also has experience in academia, having worked as an Adjunct Professor at Walla Walla University. In addition, they have a background in fleet management and program leadership, having served as the Chief of Programs and Fleet and Fleet Manager at Walla Walla County Public Works.

Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business from Washington State University between 2009 and 2011.
