Deji Okunowo

Deji Okunowo, ACIPM, SPHRi, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Xpress Payment Solutions Ltd since January 2021. Prior to this role, Deji worked as a Payroll Specialist at Polaris Bank Ltd. from April 2018 to January 2021, where responsibilities included the accurate processing of payroll for over 6,000 employees and management of statutory deductions. Deji's earlier experience includes a lengthy tenure at Skye Bank Nigeria Plc, where roles ranged from Team Lead in HR Strategy, Analytics & Performance Management to HR Recruitment Officer, and Human Resources Operations & Welfare Officer, contributing to performance metrics and employee engagement initiatives. Deji holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lagos State University and completed a Senior Management Programme at Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University in October 2022.
