McKensey ElKouri has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. In 2012, they began as an Administrative Assistant at Jonathon Ray Long, MD. In 2013, they became an Auditor at the Oklahoma State Auditor and Inspector, where they utilized their accounting and auditing skills to audit county governments. In 2014, they began working at Xpress Wellness Urgent Care, where they held positions such as Director of Provider Relations & Recruiting, Director Of Operations, Director of Talent Acquisition, Regional Manager, and Office Manager.

McKensey ElKouri obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Southwestern Oklahoma State University between 2008 and 2012. Following this, they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Management from the same university between 2012 and 2014.
