Ajoy Clement Salve

Ajoy Clement Salve has extensive work experience in human resources and administration roles. Ajoy Clement is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources and Administration Officer (CHAO) at Xpressbees (BusyBees Logistics Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) since March 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Sr. Vice President - Enabling Functions (HR, Admin & Procurement) at the same company from November 2018 to March 2022.

Before joining Xpressbees, Ajoy worked as the Head - India HR Service Delivery at LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech from June 2016 to June 2018. Ajoy Clement also served as the Head of People & Culture at Dimension Data from October 2015 to June 2016.

Ajoy's previous experience includes working at LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech as the Head of Human Resources - Services Cluster, Horizontals, Consulting & Digital Solutions from August 2013 to September 2015. Ajoy Clement also held leadership positions at Steria India Ltd, Siemens Information Systems Limited, Xansa (now known as Steria (India) Ltd, GTL Limited, Brainvisa Technologies, and Sunflag Iron & Steel Co. Ltd.

Throughout their career, Ajoy has gained expertise in various aspects of human resources, including HR strategy and implementation, HR business partnering, HR operations, and talent management.

Ajoy Clement Salve completed their primary and secondary education at St. Francis De Sales Higher Secondary School from 1975 to 1985, receiving their SSC degree. Ajoy Clement then attended Nagpur Jobs from 1985 to 1987 for their HSC degree in Business/Commerce. After that, they enrolled at Nagpur University from 1987 to 1990 and obtained their Bachelor of Commerce degree (BCom) with a specialization in Business/Commerce, General. Finally, from 1993 to 1995, Ajoy Clement Salve pursued their MIRPM degree in HR & IR at Nagpur University.
