Ashley Velasquez

Ashley Velasquez has a diverse work experience in marketing and franchise operations. Ashley started their career in 2006 as an Operations Administrative Assistant at Cottonwood Financial, where they were responsible for opening new store locations and handling security for over 250 locations. From 2011 to 2019, Ashley worked at Cash America Pawn, initially as a Franchise Administrative Assistant and later as a Franchise Operations Program Manager. In these roles, they created materials for franchisees, managed operations issues for over 70 franchised locations, and maintained legal contracts. From 2016 to 2019, they served as a Franchise Operations, Marketing, and Communications Manager at First Cash Financial Services, overseeing franchise operations and marketing campaigns. In 2019, Ashley joined Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube as a Franchise Marketing Manager, where they managed local store marketing programs and performed competitive research. Currently, they are working at Xpressdocs as a Market Manager, responsible for strategizing, developing, managing, and executing nationwide B2B marketing campaigns. Ashley also coordinates campaigns with internal stakeholders and analyzes customer data to track the customer life cycle.

Ashley Velasquez obtained a Bachelor's Degree in General Studies with concentrations in Business and Sociology from Texas Woman's University. Additionally, they obtained a certification in HubSpot Marketing Software from HubSpot Academy in January 2022.
