Gretchen Kaufman has over 30 years of work experience. Gretchen began their career in 1987 as a Buyer for M.M. Cohn, where they were responsible for merchandise selection and sales. Gretchen then moved on to Barbara-Jean Ltd., where they served as a Buyer for American Designer Sportswear and Couture Dresses. During this time, they exceeded personal sales goals by 10%. In 1991, they became a Regional Sales Executive for Dillards/Anne Klein II, where they trained sales associates and directed staff on client building and merchandise knowledge. Gretchen then joined Verizon Information Services as a Major Account Executive in 1992, where they provided print and Internet directory publishing products and services to customers. In 2003, Gretchen became a National Sales Manager for Ekin Group, L.L.C., and in 2005 they served as a Sales Consultant for Dex Media. Gretchen then joined Martindale Hubbell as a Regional Sales Associate in 2006, where they developed and sold marketing programs for attorneys. From 2008 to 2013, they worked as a National Sales Manager for DexMedia formerly Supermedia, responsible for maintaining and growing $40M in annual revenues. Their most recent role was Director of Enterprise Sales at Xpressdocs, a technology company providing marketing automation and content management solutions.

Gretchen Kaufman attended the University of Arkansas from 1977 to 1981 where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Home Economics / Business.
