Mark Swindell has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in account management and client services. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager Team Lead at Xpressdocs since April 2014, Mark is responsible for driving revenue growth and acquiring programs for real estate clients. Prior roles include Senior Account Manager and Manager of Quality & Training at PFSweb, where responsibilities spanned quality assurance and team management. At Match.com, Mark oversaw quality and training across multiple outsourced call centers and the Member Resolutions Team. Earlier in their career, Mark held positions at Hotels.com and Verizon Superpages.com, providing customer support and auditing advertising. Mark also played professional baseball in the Texas-Louisiana League from 1995 to 2000 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from The University of Texas-Pan American.
