Chathum Henegama has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Chathum started their career at Davton in 2011 as a Software Developer, where they worked on projects involving Microsoft Outlook and Exchange Integration using .net, ASP.net MVC 4 framework application development, web development using Python/Django, and developing Winforms applications using C#. Chathum later became a Senior Developer at Davton, overseeing project delivery and maintaining software quality within the team. From 2014 to 2016, Chathum served as the Technical Lead at Davton, providing guidance to teams and ensuring successful project delivery. In 2015, they co-founded Xpressjobs.lk (Pvt) Ltd and served as the CEO. Currently, Chathum is the Chief Technology Officer at Davton Consulting, where they identify and implements technology trends and platforms, runs the engineering team, and collaborates with customers to improve application usability and resolve issues.
