Oshadie Korale Ph.D. has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Research Assistant at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura in 2010. Oshadie then moved on to the University of Central Lancashire, where they fulfilled several roles, including Senior Demonstrator for Pharmacy and Biomedical Science, Co-Supervisor for Master of Pharmacy project students, and conducted their Ph.D. research on "Effervescent Proliposomes for Aerosol Delivery to Paranasal Sinuses." Oshadie completed their Ph.D. in 2015.
In 2011, Dr. Korale co-founded Adopt a Dog in Sri Lanka, which they were involved with until 2016. Their most recent work experience was with XpressJobs, where they served as the General Manager for Sri Lanka from 2015 to 2017, and later became the Chief Operating Officer.
Oshadie Korale Ph.D. began their education in 2007 at the University of Bradford, where they earned a Bsc (Hons) in Biomedical Science specialized in Medical Biochemistry. This program focused on subjects such as Biomedical Science, Medical Biochemistry, and Medical Sciences. In 2011, Oshadie enrolled at the University of Central Lancashire and completed a PhD in Pharmacy and Biomedical Sciences, which indicates a further specialization in the field. Additionally, in the same year, Oshadie obtained a Certificate in Social Science Research Methodology from the Marga Institute (Centre for Development Studies).
