Mike Jones

Mike Jones is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in wholesale insurance products, currently serving as Senior Vice President at XPT Specialty since September 2023, where the focus is on establishing the company's first Central Florida office. Prior to this role, Mike spent over 22 years at CRC Insurance Services as Assistant Vice President, Broker, managing large commercial accounts in Property and Liability coverage while collaborating with notable Excess & Surplus lines companies. Mike's career began in the restaurant industry, supervising operations for Papa Johns and training new managers at Little Caesars, following service in the US Navy as an Aviation Electronics Technician, where significant contributions were made during operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Mike's educational background includes attending Irving High School.
