Shawn Arnoldi

Shawn Arnoldi is an accomplished professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as Assistant Vice President-Broker at XPT Specialty since August 2023. Shawn has a strong background in brokering, having previously worked at Breckenridge Insurance from November 2019 to September 2023, and holding broker positions at Breckenridge Insurance Group from August 2018 to November 2019. Prior experience includes roles at RT Specialty as an Associate Broker and Senior Account Executive, as well as a broker position at AIG, where responsibilities included underwriting for Kidnap Ransom coverage in the West Region. Shawn began a career in underwriting with Chartis Insurance from 2007 to January 2013, focusing on D&O, EPLI, fiduciary, and fidelity insurance. Education was completed at Temple University, earning a B.A. in Journalism, PR, and Advertising between 1998 and 2002.
