Alexander Menakhin is an experienced technology entrepreneur and leader, currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO at emerse.ai, where Alexander is focused on developing an AI-driven platform for soft skills training. Previously, Alexander co-founded Leanby Ltd, a pick-to-light system aimed at enhancing efficiency in manufacturing. In a series of roles, including Product Director at inside360 and Head of Development at improvr, Alexander has showcased a strong background in XR solutions. Earlier experience includes leading XR development at K5 Factory GmbH and managing industrial XR projects at T-Systems Multimedia Solutions GmbH. Alexander also holds a Master of Business Administration from Mannheim Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Information Technology from Lahti University of Applied Sciences.
