Mitzi Palms-Burt

Mitzi Palms-Burt serves as the Director of the Specialty Services Team at Extreme Reach since July 2017, focusing on SAG/AFTRA compliance audits, celebrity negotiations, music/publishing, and production tax incentives. Previously, Mitzi held positions in talent management across various companies, including Campbell Ewald as Talent Department Manager, GTB as Senior Digital Talent Manager, and served as V.P. Manager of the Talent Department at Campbell-Ewald, where counsel on advertising talent issues and Union contract applications was provided. Early career roles included Supervisor of Talent Administration at J. Walter Thompson and Senior Talent Coordinator at Campbell-Ewald, specializing in the interpretation and application of talent Union contracts. Mitzi holds a BS in Psychology from Grand Valley State University.
