Kelly Chen

Kelly Chen has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Kelly most recently worked at XRC Ventures, where they held multiple roles, including Chief Operating Officer and Sourcing and Investments. Prior to that, they worked at Telsey Advisory Group as a Director and Senior Research Analyst focusing on Sporting Goods & Footwear. Kelly also gained experience at Fred Alger Management as a Research Associate in the Retail/Consumer sector. Earlier in their career, they worked at Lehman Brothers as an Equities Research Associate and Intern, and at NewGate Internet as a Web Content Developer. Kelly began their career as a Summer Intern at International Rectifier.

Kelly Chen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, from 1999 to 2003. Kelly later pursued further education in Business Analytics: From Data to Insight at The Wharton School and completed their studies in 2018. In addition, Kelly holds certifications as a CFA Charterholder and in Series 7, 63, 86, and 87.
