Matthew Cossens is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in recruitment, coaching, and leadership. Currently serving as Chief Growth Officer at xrecruiter since April 2024, Matthew focuses on empowering high-performing recruiters to establish their own brands while maximizing their earnings. As the Founder and Director of MC Squared since July 2017, Matthew specializes in high-performance coaching and training in sales and recruitment. Previously, Matthew held significant leadership roles including Group CEO at Technology People Group, Managing Director at Aurec, Senior Account Manager at Chandler Macleod, and Manager at Greythorn Australia. Matthew holds a Specialist Certificate in Executive Leadership from Melbourne Business School and a Bachelor of Business from Swinburne University of Technology.
