Aurélie le Guen

Aurélie Le Guen is an experienced Functional Architect at XRM Vision since October 2020, specializing in the implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Customer Service, and Project Operations solutions. Prior to this role, Aurélie served as a Business Analyst and CRM Implementation Consultant at Gestisoft, where responsibilities included team coaching and project resource coordination. Previous positions at The Createch Group involved implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM and NAV, as well as conducting user training. Aurélie's early career includes roles as a Laboratory Assistant and Research Assistant at École Polytechnique de Montreal, alongside experience in cost studies and teaching mathematics. Aurélie holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and two Engineering degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Engineering and Logistics from Polytechnique Montréal and EPF Engineering School.
