Daniel Cagliero

Daniel Cagliero has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Daniel began their career as an Analyst at Sistematica S.A.A. in 1983. Daniel then worked as a Senior Consultant at Price Waterhouse from 1986 to 1990. In 1990, they joined Itaú USA as an Organization Manager, responsible for developing and maintaining procedures for the organization. Daniel then served as the Marketing and Sales Manager at Banco Rural from 1993 to 1995, where they achieved significant profit growth and launched the bank's first credit card. From 1995 to 2001, they worked at Alcon Laboratories, first as the Surgical Unit Director and then as the Professional Services Manager, responsible for enhancing customer relationships and satisfaction. In 2002, they became the Owner of World Business Games, a role they held until 2014. In 2005, they also worked as a Knowledge Management Advisor at Structured Intelligence. From 2009 to 2015, they were a Partner at Meritent. Since 2014, they have been the Business Director LATAM at XS International, Inc., responsible for expanding the company's services in the region.
