David Allen

David Allen is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in support engineering and data center services. Currently serving as a Senior Support Engineer at XSi since January 2023, David contributes to IT Lifecycle Services and Support through technology installation, de-installation, and IT Asset Disposition. Prior to this, David worked as a contractor at IBM, providing on-site support for Baxter/Baxalta, and held various positions at Maintech, HSBC, DecisionOne, and CSU Industries, where key responsibilities included hardware support, change management, server and desktop imaging, and client engagements with major organizations. David's educational background includes studies at Parks College of St. Louis University and Monroe Community College.
