Jennifer Romero-Greene

Agile Practice Lead at xScion Solutions

Jennifer brings over 20 years of experience consulting and educating in both traditional and Agile Project Management across business and academia. She has led projects as an IT Project Manager, IT Project Management Office (PMO) Director and Technical Team Lead and is a skilled communicator who connects with everyone from the practitioner level to the C-suite. She draws on her deep expertise in Agile, Project Management and a wide array of business contexts to understand organizational challenges and help clients put Agile concepts into practice.

Jennifer earned a Bachelor’s degree from Concordia College of Minnesota in Business and Economics and a Master’s degree in Organizational Management at the University of Colorado at Denver. She is a certified Project Management Professional, Agile Practitioner and Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master through the Project Management Institute, as well as a SAFe certified Agilist and Lean Portfolio Manager.

As Founder and President of the nonprofit, Future Leaders in Project Management, Jennifer helps high school students develop the hard and soft skills needed to meet future professional and personal challenges. She’s devoted to helping others achieve higher objectives with volunteer work in her community and church.
