Kenneth Senter

Ken is a Certified Lease and Finance Professional with more than thirty years experience in equipment leasing. Ken started his career in the mid-eighties, within southern California’s emerging equipment lease industry, holding various sales, management and training positions. In 1992, he founded and ran, for the next 15 years, a successful lease/finance consulting business. In 2002, he began providing consulting and training services to First American Equipment Finance and then joined them full time in 2008. As Vice President, he provided general sales management and training, as well as, leadership for their western health care division. In 2018, Ken joined the start-up team at Innovation Finance and assisted with the development and initial marketing efforts for their unique QuickFi® digital financing platform. As of 2020, Ken is providing independent lease consulting services and sales management to businesses across the country - currently working with XS Financial, an innovative direct lender, providing essential equipment leasing solutions exclusively to the cannabis and hemp industries. Ken holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and is a member of the Certified Lease & Finance Professional Foundation (CLFP) and Equipment Lease and Finance Association (ELFA).
