Danny Aleksandrowicz has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Danny began their career at IDF Navy Command as an Intelligence Officer, serving for one year. Danny then worked as a Student at Cabletron for nine months before moving on to KAW USA, where they were a Student specializing in PCB SI simulation for one year. Danny then joined Galileo Technology as a Backend Engineer, focusing on full chip BE flows and macro level BE flows for two years.
In 2010, they started working at Marvell Israel Ltd. as a Chip Design I/O & Package Integration Technical Leader. During this time, they established a new engineering function, trained engineers to use a new tool, and defined a new I/O internal flow tool. After one year, they became a Senior VLSI Engineer & Design Team Leader, managing a team of up to 13 engineers. In this role, they were responsible for Full Chip RTL, Integration, IO, Package Planning, and Chip Floor Plan. Danny defined and managed work processes, applied advanced project management practices, and oversaw products that accounted for a significant portion of Marvell Israel's income. Danny worked at this company until 2018.
From 2018 to 2021, Danny worked at Marvell Semiconductor as a Chip Design PCle Focal Point. Danny'sresponsibilities included developing and defining the PCle micro-architecture, managing the process from inception to production, supporting existing silicon, and leading the crisis team in their field. After leaving Marvell Semiconductor, Danny joined Xsight Labs LTD as a Staff Design Engineer, focusing on the SDRAM sub-system.

Danny Aleksandrowicz attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 1994 to 1998, where they studied Electrical Engineering. Prior to that, from 1984 to 1989, they attended Ort Singalovski College and obtained a Practical Engineer degree in Electrical Power systems.
