Ron Fish

Ron Fish has over two decades of experience in various roles and positions. Ron began their career as a drafter and assistant to a civil engineer, monitoring soil extraction, conducting soil compaction testing, and aiding in chemical analysis of soil and concrete slabs. After that, they worked as an IT Director, managing corporate facilities, analyzing technology upgrade options, and aiding staff and agents with computer and application difficulties. Ron has also worked as an adjunct professor for the School of Engineering & Technology at National University. Additionally, they have served as a Sr. Systems Engineer, Project Manager, Team Lead, and Account Lead for Accenture. Ron managed a team of engineers and was responsible for personnel management, resource planning, budget planning, quality assurance, and proposal efforts, among other things. Ron's most recent position was at ToolWatch, where they spent almost four years as a Sr. Product Owner, Product Manager, and Technical Support Team Manager. Ron'sresponsibilities included managing the Technical Support Team and Help Desk personnel and driving the development of multiple software products. Ron also led daily Agile software development activities such as sprint planning, grooming, demos, and acceptance testing. Ron Fish began their education with undergraduate studies at San Diego Mesa College from 2001 to 2003. Ron then attended National University in San Diego, CA and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with a concentration in Applied Mathematics from 2004 to 2005. The following year, they pursued a Master's degree in Wireless Communications/EE at National University from 2005 to 2006. From 2006 to 2008, Ron Fish continued their education with graduate courses in Statistics & Computational Science at San Diego State University.
