Todd Stansfield, CEM has over 16 years of work experience, primarily in roles related to emergency management and planning. Todd spent the majority of their career in the US Navy, serving as an Emergency Management Planner and ASW Planner at COMTHIRDFLT, Operations Officer on USS ASHEVILLE, Flag Aide to Chief of Naval Personnel, and Submarine Liaison Officer to Commander, Destroyer Squadron SEVEN. Todd was also a Junior Officer on USS HELENA. Stansfield transitioned to civilian work in 2017, holding positions at XSITE LLC as a Systems Engineer, Mozaik Solutions as an Emergency Management Consultant, and Sayres and Associates, Corp as a Management Consultant. Todd also briefly worked as a Planner for San Francisco Fleet Week Association in 2010.

Todd Stansfield, CEM holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Naval Architecture from Webb Institute, graduating in 1999. Todd also received a Master of Science in Engineering Management from The Catholic University of America in 2006. In October 2017, they obtained certification as a Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) from the International Association of Emergency Managers.
