Dr. P. Michelle Wyatt, DNP, MSN, RN, LSSGB, CMS, HPTC, currently serves as the Senior Director of Utilization Review Services and Senior Director of Clinical Best Practice at Xsolis, where responsibilities include overseeing business processes and leading a diverse team towards operational excellence. Wyatt has extensive experience in utilization management and clinical best practices, previously holding key roles such as Director of Clinical Best Practice at HCA and Director of Utilization Management at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
