James Rachlin

James Rachlin has a diverse work experience in the field of product development, solution architecture, and business analysis. James is currently working as the Sr. Director of Product, Interoperability at XSOLIS since June 2023. Previously, they served as the Director of Product, Interoperability at CipherHealth from November 2020 to June 2023. Before that, they had multiple roles at IBM, including Solution Architect from March 2020 to November 2020 and from September 2017 to March 2020, and Technical Manager from April 2014 to September 2017. Prior to IBM, James worked as a Senior Business Analyst at 5AM Solutions from February 2011 to April 2014, where they contributed to projects like DC Health Information Exchange and Nationwide Health Information Network Testing Infrastructure. James also has experience as a Requirements Analyst at Vistronix from December 2009 to December 2010 and as a Technical Support Specialist at Veterinary Data Services, Inc. from April 2009 to December 2009. James began their career as a Business Analyst at Infosys from July 2007 to February 2009.

James Rachlin has a Master of Science (M.S.) in Business & Management with a focus on Information Systems from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, obtained between 2012 and 2014. James also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder, completed in 2007. In terms of certifications, they are a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) awarded by Scrum Alliance in January 2011, and has various certifications from IBM, including IBM Agile Explorer, IBM Cloud Private - Foundation Technology, Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner, IBM Cloud Essentials, and Cognitive Practitioner. James has also obtained several levels of certification from Pragmatic Institute, including PMC Level III, PMC Level IV, Pragmatic Certified Product Manager, PMC Level II, and PMC Level I.
