Tanya Sanderson

Tanya Sanderson has a strong background in revenue integrity and denial management. Tanya currently holds the position of Senior Director of Revenue Integrity at XSOLIS since December 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Enterprise Director, Denial Management at Mayo Clinic from October 2020 to November 2022. Before that, Tanya worked in several roles at Community Health Systems, including Senior Director of Operations- Denial Management from November 2018 to October 2020, Operations Director- Denials and Appeals from October 2014 to November 2018, and Director of Revenue Integrity from January 2012 to October 2014. Tanya also had their own consultancy firm, T. L. Sanderson & Associates, where they worked as the Owner and Principal Consultant from October 2005 to December 2013. Tanya's earlier experience includes working as a Case Manager at AseraCare from August 2007 to August 2009, and as a Team Lead at West Tennessee Healthcare from February 1997 to March 2006.

Tanya Sanderson has a diverse education history. Tanya obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Tennessee at Martin in 1994. In 2005, they attended the Medical Legal Institute and became a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant. Tanya pursued further education, earning a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University from 2010 to 2012. Tanya then obtained a Master of Healthcare Administration degree in Healthcare Administration from Bellevue University in 2018. Currently, Tanya is pursuing a Doctorate in Public Health from Capella University. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant from the CLNC Certification Institute and as a Registered Nurse from the Tennessee Department of Health.
