Berkley Egenes has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. From 1999 to 2003, Egenes worked at IBM in various roles including Senior Global Client Representative, Sales Specialist, and Business Consultant. Egenes then joined NASCAR in 2005 as a Partnership Marketing professional. In 2006, Egenes transitioned to CSE, an integrated sports, marketing, and entertainment agency, where they served as the Director of Marketing until 2014. This role involved various responsibilities such as account planning, client strategy, creative direction, and digital and e-commerce strategy. Egenes also worked at Envoy as a Marketing Director from 2014 to 2017, focusing on designing experiences and business-centric initiatives. From 2017 to 2018, Egenes worked at NextVR, a virtual reality company, as part of the Strategic Marketing & Brand Development team. In 2018, Egenes joined MERIDIUN as the Vice President of Marketing, leading initiatives in augmented reality (AR), artificial intelligence (AI), and financial technologies. Egenes continued their career at Ghost Gaming in 2019 as the Head of Marketing, and later joined maiven8 in 2018 as a Principal Consultant. Currently, Egenes holds the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Xsolla, a global video game commerce company.

Berkley Egenes completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing and International Business at Texas A&M University. This degree was obtained between 1994 and 1999. Later, they pursued further education at the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Consumer Marketing and Sports Business. This degree was completed between 2004 and 2005.
