Kirill Romanovsky

Kirill Romanovsky has a diverse and strong work experience in the field of design and product development. Kirill currently holds the position of VP of Design at Xsolla since February 2023. Before that, they worked as the Senior Design Director at Xsolla from July 2021 to February 2023, where they played a crucial role in defining the design office structure and culture, as well as hiring and organizing various design departments.

Prior to Xsolla, Kirill worked at Kaspersky as the Head of Product Design, B2B from October 2020 to July 2021. In this role, they successfully structured the design department, implemented clear workflows, and scaled the team.

Before Kaspersky, Kirill served as the Head of Design & Product at BeTalky from December 2019 to September 2020. Kirill was responsible for forming the product concept, conducting successful testing with end-users, and creating designs for web and mobile platforms.

Kirill also gained valuable experience at Acronis as the Design Director, B2B from March 2018 to December 2018. Kirill significantly strengthened the team, improved design processes, and implemented UX research and testing.

Prior to that, they held multiple positions at Mail.Ru Group. As the Head of Product Development & Design, Search Unit from November 2016 to March 2018, they implemented data-driven activities and launched experimental projects. Kirill also served as the Head of Design, Search & E-commerce Unit from March 2012 to March 2018, where they organized the design department from scratch.

Earlier in their career, Kirill co-founded NewIdols and worked as the Design Director & Co-founder from March 2010 to March 2015. Kirill also served as the Art Director at iMobilco from May 2011 to March 2012 and as the Design Lead at Actis Wunderman from December 2007 to May 2009.

Kirill Romanovsky attended Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University) from 1998 to 2002, where they pursued a degree in Engineering in medico-biological practice and space medicine. In 2022, they briefly enrolled at Hyper Island to study Executive Leadership.
