Customer Service Representative at Xsolla

Nurul Ain Najihah began their work experience as an Industrial Trainee at D3 Technology Solutions Sdn Bhd in June 2018. Nurul Ain then moved on to work as a Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer at SUHATI SDN BHD, where they provided technical assistance, prepared work instructions, and assisted with monthly claims for various water supply projects. In July 2021, they joined Scicom MSC Berhad as a Customer Service Representative, primarily handling inquiries and providing support through chat channels. Nurul Ain then worked at Majorel Malaysia from August 2022 to January 2023, again as a Customer Service Representative, where they provided prompt and accurate information to customers, resolved service-related issues, and ensured adherence to customer service guidelines and KPIs. Currently, Nurul Ain Najihah is working as a Customer Service Representative at Xsolla, starting in February 2023.

Nurul Ain Najihah attended Kolej Matrikulasi Pulau Pinang from 2014 to 2015, where they pursued a Foundation in Physical Science degree. Following that, they enrolled in Universiti Malaysia Pahang from 2015 to 2019 and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Chemical Engineering.
