Kirti Khardenavis

Associate Scientist, Immunology at Xsphera Biosciences

Kirti Khardenavis has a diverse work experience starting from 2013. In 2013, they worked as a Student Trainee at National Fertilizers Limited. Later that year, they joined the National Environmental Engineering Research Institute (NEERI) as a Research Trainee.

In 2017, they started working at the University at Buffalo as a Research Assistant. Kirti also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and a Supervised Teaching Assistant, where they assisted in teaching a Biomolecular Technology and Diagnostics class. Their duties included assisting the teaching laboratory, preparing and distributing reagents and media, and helping students understand experiments, calculations, and instruments used.

From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Research Assistant at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital.

Currently, Kirti is employed at Xsphera Biosciences Inc. Kirti started as a Research Associate in 2020 and was promoted to Senior Research Associate in 2021. Kirti currently holds the position of Associate Scientist, Immunology.
