Christian Bausch

Christian Bausch is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in tax management and advisory roles. Currently serving as Finance Director Germany and Head of Global Tax at XSYS Global since November 2018, Christian has progressed through various positions within the company, including Tax Director and Tax Manager. Prior to XSYS Global, Christian held the position of Tax Manager at CA Immo Deutschland GmbH for a brief period and worked as a Certified Tax Advisor at Grau & Partner GbR and LPA-GGV. Christian began a career in finance as an intern at KPMG. Educational qualifications include a Certified Tax Advisor degree from Steuerberaterkammer Hessen and a Diplom-Kaufmann in Taxation, Accounting, and Finance from Justus Liebig University Giessen.
