Mustafa E. has extensive experience in ergonomics, lighting, indoor climate, and acoustics, currently serving as a customer responsible consultant at Xsystems since August 2017. In this role, Mustafa focuses on improving physical work environments by promoting health and well-being in both private and public sectors, particularly in the regions of Midt, Vest, and Sydsjælland, Norway, and Greenland. Notably, Mustafa played a key role in developing and testing the "Custom FIT" initiative, which enhances sales processes through individualized ergonomic assessments. Prior to this, Mustafa was a souschef at Circle K, contributing to the setup of a new station, and worked as a sales associate at Nike Factory Outlet Store. Mustafa holds a degree in ergonomics from ArbejdsmiljøCentret and completed HF education between 2012 and 2014.
