Pawas Misra

Pawas Misra is a Co-Founder at Xtage since October 2021 and previously held the title of Sr. VP - Business Operations at Workex from October 2020 to August 2021. Before that, Pawas was Head of New Initiatives & Corp. Marketing, as well as Head of Construction & Building Material Line of Business at LabourNet Services India Pvt. Ltd. from May 2019 to September 2020. With a background in research and consulting, Pawas also served as Associate Director at RedSeer Consulting from October 2015 to March 2019. Pawas co-founded Fluid Axis, a business consulting company, and worked at Reliance Broadcast Network as Key Account Manager and Sales Head. Pawas holds a PGDM in Marketing & Operations from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
