Todd Dudley, MBA, MSSI has extensive work experience in the defense industry and international affairs. Todd currently serves as the Vice President - Department of Defense & NATO Programs at XTAR, where they develop satellite communications solutions for DoD and NATO customers. In this role, they led the formation of a multi-company teaming arrangement and successfully implemented the BattleaXe Network SATCOM-as-a-service product for the DoD.

Prior to joining XTAR, Dudley was the President and CEO of T2 Strategy Group, where they provided consulting services and labor support to defense industry partners. Todd also served as a Regional Director for the Gulf Cooperation Council & Member States at the Defense Security Cooperation Agency, overseeing multi-billion dollar sales contracts to Saudi Arabia.

Dudley's experience also includes roles at the U.S. Department of State, NATO, U.S. European Command, US Embassy Athens, and the Defense Intelligence Agency. Todd managed international agreements, engaged with allied countries for support, and drafted strategic plans in various capacities. Additionally, they served as a Program Manager and Electronic Warfare Aircraft Commander in the US Navy.

Todd Dudley, MBA, MSSI attended Palo Alto High School from 1984 to 1988. Todd then went on to study Economics with a General Engineering Curriculum at the United States Naval Academy from 1989 to 1993, earning a Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.). Todd later pursued further education, earning an AA in French from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center in 2003. In 2004, they obtained an MA in National Security Affairs, specializing in International Relations and Affairs, from the Naval Postgraduate School. Todd also completed the Security Assistance Officer Course - Overseas at the Defense Institute of Security Assistance Management in 2005. In 2009, Todd Dudley completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance, General, at Texas A&M University. Additionally, they earned a Masters of Science in Strategic Intelligence (Post Graduate Intelligence Program) from the National Intelligence University in 2005.
